I have a passion for art, design and personal style. I am the kind of person who like to organize her vast pen collection by color and style. My favorite time of year is opening a fresh bullet journal and planning 365 days of awesome. I am a busy wife and mother of four and understand that your time is valuable because so is mine. I believe in giving each of my clients a boutique experience so I never over extend myself. My motivation is the work, adding just a little more sparkle and shine to what was already destined to be an unforgettably beautiful day.

Assistant Coordinators

Assistant Coordinators provide assistance to the Principal Coordinator on the day of an event. Duties include but are not limited to: set up, running errands, personal assistant to the bride, crowd control, tear down, clean up, and transportation. These are paid positions ranging from $10-$15 per hour depending on experience. Because you will be working as an independent contractor you can work as much or as little as you would like. Most Assistant Coordinators positions are filled at the beginning of our wedding season, but can be hired throughout the year depending on volume. Candidates must be willing to work weekends.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in the wedding/event industry
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Able to follow specific instructions and have a keen eye for detail
  • Currently pursuing a degree in hospitality, event coordination or design (preferred but not required)
  • MUST LOOK GOOD IN BLACK 

Interns

Interns are generally used for more "behind the scenes" work such as, but not limited to: running errands, office work, arts and crafts, event day set up, tear down and clean up. These are unpaid positions for individuals who would like to learn more about the wedding and event industry and are looking to promote to an Assistant Coordinator position within our company. Interns must be available to work a combinations of weekdays and weekends.
