This comprehensive wedding package is for the savvy couple who desires personal assistance planning every detail of their wedding from concept to execution. From finding your dream venue and vendors, to perfecting and personalized every detail to tell your story! Package starts at $4500 

Pre- Event

  • Design event space based on clients theme, colors scheme, personal taste and vision.
  • Recommend vendors in accordance with event budget and style
  • Monthly face to face meetings, and unlimited phone and email
  • communication/ advice to client
  • Schedule and attend vendor meetings and interviews
  • Create budget; manage deposit schedule and payments
  • Review and negotiate all vendor contracts
  • Decor conceptualization and coordinate overall event vision and design
  • Act as the liaison between client and vendors for all logistical needs
  • Create complete timeline for celebration and share with all vendors
  • Lead all-vendor walk-through
  • Provide guidance and sample text for printed materials including:
    • save the dates
    • invitation
    • ceremony program
    • menu

Wedding Week

  • Attend final meeting with client and collect all celebration elements
  • Confirm all details and arrival times for vendors
  • Provide schedule for family and VIP guests
  • Coordinate all printed materials
  • Assemble and deliver welcome gift bags for out of town guests
  • Coordinate rehearsal with (or without) Officiant
  • Mange rehearsal dinner including timing and speeches

Wedding Day

Ceremony

  • Check entire set-up of ceremony site
  • Distribute and pin-on all Bridal Party flowers
  • Confirm possession of rings prior to ceremony
  • Coordinate with Photographer
  • Coordinate with Officiate
  • Coordinate and cue Musicians
  • Check sound system for Officiate & Musicians
  • Distribute ring pillow, flower baskets, all personal items
  • Complete final site check, VIP chairs, spacing, flowers
  • Organize processional & seating of VIP’s
  • Direct Guests to cocktail area after ceremony
  • Transfer guest book or sign-in table items to reception

Cocktail Hour

  • Check location for correct table set up
  • Set out specialty linens on all tables
  • Check signage for event
  • Set up of Guest Book, Sign-in Table or Signature Frame
  • Distribute personalized décor items to appropriate places
  • Arrange for gifts to be moved from Ceremony
  • Arrange for Guest Book, Sign-In Table items to be moved
  • Arrange all escort cards on table 

Reception

  • Deliver and set up all items at Reception (cake topper, knife/server, toasting glasses, place cards, napkins)
  • Check for correct set up, numbers of tables, sizes, etc.
  • Placement of VIP tables & Bridal table, etc.
  • Review Wedding Schedule for food service with Banquet Captain
  • Review Wedding Schedule with Band Emcee/DJ
  • Review and assist with all announcements of Bridal Party with Emcee
  • Oversee transfer of flowers from Ceremony to Reception & Placement
  • Check Bridal table and Cake table for all required items
  • Put out Place Cards for VIP Guests (Bridal Party, Parents)
  • Direct all guests from Cocktail location to Reception
  • Greet guests on arrival, direct guests to their tables
  • Line-up all Bridal Party for announcements
  • Maintain & coordinate timeline for all special events through out the Reception
  • Cue Bride and Groom, Maid of Honor, Best Man and Parents for all special events throughout Reception
  • Pack-up all personal items and gifts and turn them over to person as directed by couple or to a designated location
  • Break down and clean up
  • Unlimited time on the wedding day - First to arrive and the last to leave

wedding coordination

This is for the couple prefers a more hands-on approach to their wedding. This package allows couples to do most of the planning themselves and we step in 8-12 weeks prior to you wedding to tie up any loose ends and add a professional touch to your beautiful day.

Package starts at $2500

Pre-Event

  • Up to two site visits - Initial walk-through for furniture placement and flow and Final walk-through with caterer        and other hired professionals
  • Vendor recommendations in any category
  • Final Details Meeting (up to 2.5 hours)
  • Prepare comprehensive wedding timeline for bridal party and wedding vendors
  • Prepare custom ceremony/reception diagrams
  • Contact and communicate with contracted vendors
  • Review hired vendor contracts
  • Check all seating lists to ensure correct counts
  • Preparation of all set up/timing information for wedding site personnel
  • Plan processional/recessional
  • Orchestrate wedding rehearsal
  • Instruct Ushers on VIP seating and timing
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence
  • Collect all decor items prior to the wedding that is to be displayed at the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (guest book, escort cards, centerpiece display, toasting flutes, etc.)
  • Alleviate last minute stress and problems

This package is best suited for couples who have chosen to plan their special day from start to finish, but are seeking a professional to step in 30 days prior to pull it all together and ensure the day is stress free and flawless.

  Package starts at $1800

Pre-Event - 10 days prior to event

  • Up to one site visit - Final walk-through with caterer and other hired professionals
  • List of preferred wedding professionals in any category (3-5 vendors per list)
  • Final Details Meeting (up to 2.5 hours)
  • Implement your wedding day outline and make any necessary changes to ensure a smooth flow
  • Vendor confirmations
  • Check all seating lists to ensure correct counts
  • Preparation of all set up/timing information for wedding site personnel
  • Orchestrate wedding rehearsal
  • Instruct Ushers on VIP seating and timing
  • Unlimited email and phone correspondence starting 30 days prior to events
